About MNACI Builder Awards 2025

The MNACI Builder Awards 2025 (MBA’25) is an initiative spearheaded by the Maldives National Association of Construction Industry (MNACI). This esteemed award program is designed to recognize service excellence and significant contributions made to the building and construction sector by contractors and service providers.

The gala award ceremony is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 9 December, 2025. MBA’25 aims to foster and elevate service standards across the Maldivian construction industry, presenting accolades across multiple categories and sectors. MNACI retains the exclusive rights to the MNACI Builder Awards 2025.

About MNACI

The Maldives National Association of Construction Industry (MNACI) is the principal representative body for the Maldivian building and construction commercial sector. Established in October 2001, MNACI serves as the collective voice for Developers, Builders, Contractors, Suppliers, and Service Providers.

Our core mission is twofold: to empower our members in fostering sustainable and successful business operations, and to guide their clients and partners toward selecting the optimal solutions for their construction projects.

How to Apply?

Submit the MNACI Builder Awards 2025 Application form with required documents, application form and details elaborated on website www.builderawardsmv.com ; Each Nominee is entitled for maximum of 3 categories.
Short listed submissions will enter the second stage evaluation by panel of judges, additionally a presentation must be conducted by the short-listed candidate in-person, presentation details will be notified to short-listed candidates only.
10 minutes PowerPoint or Video presentation presenting and covering the nominated category / categories. Please be prepared to explain on the submitted documents and any questions by the judging panel during the presentation slot.
Please submit required documents as detailed in the nomination kit as minimum requirement, you can submit additional docs as required.
If required, Photos of projects, works, facility, etc or person with minimum 20 high-resolution images.
If required, Videos (optional) relevant to the nominated category.
Applications must be submitted via online application form along with required documents, in case the application form cannot accommodate you can email to awards@builderawardsmv.com
